PC Gameport+MIDI

Some soundcards have some MIDI signals included in their Gameport. Ground and VCC has been used for this.

 (at the computer)
 (at the joystick cable)

15 PIN D-SUB FEMALE at the computer.
15 PIN D-SUB MALE at the joystick cable.

Note: Direction is Computer relative Joystick.
